We can check website issues and update pages when needed. Helpful messages include the page URL, the section you mean, and what looks wrong.

What we cannot do — and who can
We cannot change or cancel a booking. Please use the confirmation email, provider account, app, or voucher from the platform where you booked.
- We cannot issue refunds, rebook dates, or change names on tickets. The booking provider can.
- We cannot confirm your entry time or admission status. Check the booking voucher or the provider’s own support channel.
- We cannot contact the attraction on your behalf. For venue-specific access questions, use the attraction’s official contact details.
- We cannot see third-party booking records. That information sits with the seller who processed your order.

If your ticket came from another platform or from the attraction’s own site, start with the email receipt and manage-booking link. If you need payment help, booking edits, or cancellation help, contact that provider directly.
How this site makes money

Before you email
